The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a local area, next to the restaurant and main center of Jindabyn. Every staff member was helpful and amiable. It was neat room with an electric kettle, a fridge, and central heating. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. Food was fab and I have nothing but great memories from this trip.

i truly enjoyed the room, it was spacious and had a fridge, central heating, and tea and coffee making facilities. the staff from start to finish were super-friendly and really good.

This hotel has a great location, just a short distance from the main center, the slopes, and the mountains, and the staff is very helpful and quick to respond to requests.

I had a perfectly pleasant stay with no reason to complain. There is a huge variety of goodies for breakfast. the staff is affable, and I appreciated the early check-in. the area is quiet, and the location is absolutely perfect, being so close to the slopes, Jindabyne, and the main center.

The studio suite had all the essentials you need, like a fridge, an electric kettle, and central heating. the location is fantastic, with the Cooma - Snowy Mountains airport just 20 km away. Plus, the staff were super friendly! 😊.

Friendly staff. Late check-in assistance. First aid provided. Good ski hire offer. Comfortable beds. Easy access. Great location. Tasty restaurant food.
